We can turn our notes and tags on and have them printed inline with our text. Notice how different words are colored differently for different tags.

We can search for various grammatical constructions which show up in different colors, as well as highlight different words and see where it occurs in a passage.

We can organize our tags in hierachical relationships so that we can find what we are looking for later with all of our notes and tags organized.
